For the 2024 edition of Keinemusik Amsterdam, Kelamo was brought on board as the project manager on behalf of local promoter SONA. The production was executed by The GoodGuyz, with Hangar Creates acting as the main liaison between Keinemusik and the local teams.

We managed the project from the promoter’s side, ensuring that all creative, technical, and operational elements came together seamlessly to meet both Keinemusik’s and SONA’s expectations.

Our responsibilities included:

• Leading the project on behalf of SONA, and maintaining clear communication with The GoodGuyz and Hangar Creates throughout.

• Aligning all technical and creative requirements across the venue, production teams, and artist representatives.

• Managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

• Creating a detailed run-of-show to guide all involved teams.

• Coordinating hospitality for artists, crew, and guests.

• Collaborating closely with the crowd safety coordinator to ensure all safety measures were in place and aligned with local regulations and event flow.

• Overseeing all on-site operations from the promoter’s perspective, while ensuring the overall experience remained fully aligned with Keinemusik’s brand standards.
